When the chemistry is aggressive enough that FKM is at its limit, or when a seal failure contaminates the process. For merely demanding fluids FKM is usually the sensible choice, and we will say so.
Do you supply FFKM in small quantities?
Yes. Small quantities of a high specification compound are normal in this sector and we quote them.

Send a sample and the application details. We can measure the part and propose a compound, though we will not claim to match an unknown proprietary formulation exactly.
Which standard sizes can you ship without tooling?
