We have our own mould workshop and can design and manufacture a variety of moulds and tools, including the multi cavity O-ring tooling shown here. Do I need a mould at all?

Not if your size is in the AS568 series. We hold the complete mould set for it, and we will tell you that before selling you tooling.

Can the tool run different compounds?

It is designed to suit various rubber and elastomer materials, but tell us which compound you intend to run so shrinkage is allowed for correctly.

How many cavities should I have?

It follows from your annual volume. Send the quantity and we will propose a cavity count.

Can I take the tool to another factory?

Yes, if agreed in writing before we start.

What maintenance does it need?

It is designed for easy cleaning and minimal upkeep, and we supply guidance with the tool.
