Y Seals and Y O-Rings
A plain O-ring is not the right answer for every dynamic duty, which is why the Y profile exists. Our range runs from the standard hole shaft universal type commonly called the Y-ring through to YX hole, YX shaft, QY hole, QY shaft, high and low Y-type hole and shaft seal rings, and Ky shaft types. Each is designed around the ratio of inner and outer lips, the cross section, the angle between the two lips and the height.
