Not every FFKM application is an O-ring. This is our moulded FFKM seal range, covering profiles designed for a specific housing rather than for a standard groove. The sectors are the same ones that drive FFKM demand generally: semiconductor, pharmaceutical and chemical, extending into petroleum, automotive, laser plating, battery manufacturing and special equipment production.

An O-ring needs a designed groove. A moulded seal suits a housing that already exists and cannot be changed.
Same geometry, lower chemical range, considerably lower cost. Worth checking before committing to FFKM.
PTFE holds chemistry but not elastic recovery. Where the joint moves or relaxes, an elastomer seals better.
