Not every FFKM application is an O-ring. This is our moulded FFKM seal range, covering profiles designed for a specific housing rather than for a standard groove. The sectors are the same ones that drive FFKM demand generally: semiconductor, pharmaceutical and chemical, extending into petroleum, automotive, laser plating, battery manufacturing and special equipment production.

Where This Is the Right Choice and Where It Is Not
Compared With FFKM O-rings
An O-ring needs a designed groove. A moulded seal suits a housing that already exists and cannot be changed.
Compared With FKM moulded seals
Same geometry, lower chemical range, considerably lower cost. Worth checking before committing to FFKM.
Compared With A machined PTFE part
PTFE holds chemistry but not elastic recovery. Where the joint moves or relaxes, an elastomer seals better.

Yes. Moulded FFKM seal profiles are designed and tooled in our own workshop.
Can you copy an existing seal?
Yes, from a physical sample. We will send a drawing back for your approval before cutting the tool.
