In printing and converting the roller covering is a process variable rather than a spare part. We produce printing rollers, paper rollers, paper feed rollers and twist rollers, with EPDM, silicone rubber, polyurethane and SBR as the main covering materials, chosen against what the roller has to do rather than against what a rubber shop happens to run.

Polyurethane is excellent for abrasion but wrong for some print and feed surfaces. Holding four materials lets the process decide.
Recovering is often the cheaper route where the core is sound. Tell us the condition and we will say which makes sense.
A general rubber shop covers to whatever it stocks. We select the covering against printing, feeding or coating duty.
EPDM has good weather resistance and unusual versatility, which is why it appears across automotive, electrical and electronic products, daily necessities, sports equipment and mechanised industrial equipment, as well as in wires, cables and high voltage and ultra high voltage insulation materials.
